Blank cap program
– There are dozens of different styles to choose from in our catalogue
– Logos or designs can be accepted in Illustrator or PDF format
– Specify any requirements you have, as well as where you want your logo to be positioned
Set Up Fees for Domestic program
The set-up of embroidery is charged on a per-logo basis.
Also do note that the sampling charges for carrying out the same are as follows,
– Rs 2500 per sample / additional sample
– Rs 2500 per logo / additional logo
However kindly do note that we will refund theses charges to you once, you place an order on us for that particular branding within 3 months after branding.
Minimums
-New orders have a minimum of 48 pcs per style per color
– Reorders have a minimum 36 pcs per style per color
Lead Times
– Bulk production has a lead time of 45-90 workings days, once the sample is approved.
– Proto samples have a lead time of 15-25 working days.
Guarantee, Returns & Cancellations
All merchandise sold is backed by Flexfit.
-Any requests for changes must be made in writing.
– If you request a change of order, we will do everything possible to honour it, but we regret that
changes cannot be changed or cancelled once in production.
– If you have a claim for damages, shortages or an incorrect order, this must be directed to our
Customer Service no more than 3 days after you have received the goods.
